I'd say it's a Cornus florida (Flowering Dogwood), but you've taken images that make it difficult to see good positive ID features.

Instead of just one leaf first, show an image of how leaves are attached along a stem/branch (should be opposite in this species). You have shown fall color and full green summer foliage, some nascent fruit, but no flowers.

You could also show dormant branches/buds, and a picture of the trunk with its bark character.

The dimensions you've provided fit with Flowering Dogwood quite well.

As a new member, you could provide your growing location (city, state) and gardening zone to help in the ID of your plant.
