Last December I purchased and planted "Adenium somalense blue boy desert rose bonsai caudex pachycaul seeds." They are nearly 6 months old now and look very much like your seedlings, but yours look healthier and nicer.
These are the flowers they are supposed to produce.
Do the flowers of your seedlings' mother plant look anything like these? I know you posted a picture of the flowers sometime ago, but I don't know where to look for it.
Which reminds me...I need to take pictures of my seedlings to update my chronicle thread.
