Speaking of Fiskars, I love these and use them every day:

I use them for deadheading, pinching back, and a lot of pruning -- roses, lilies, and, well, just about everything. Without their precise little point I'd find it very hard not to inadvertently snip the clematis vines that are growing through everything.
