well if there are not many you can sometimes pick them off by hand, toss into soapy water/bucket.
If there are lots you can try spraying either with something organic or not... Do you really mean stalks or the silks? I'd be careful not to spray anything you want to eat too close to harvest. You might try wrapping some duct tape (Fly-Tapes) to see if you can catch them that way. I assume you mean Japanse beetles since that is what most people are having right now?
