Rain started around 11PM last night (I was just back form walking my dog) , turned into torrential rains, turned into a severe thunderstorm that lasted until this morning and wreaked havoc all over the country

Roads are flooded, gardens and basements need to be pumped dry and tunnels should not be used..
Ofcourse there are always people who think they know better....
