Lows yesterday and today were 48f and 46f, the high turned out to be a nice comfortable 80 with a light breeze both days. Overnight the house cooled off inside so after running errands I made 2 batches of strawberry jam with the berries. Then baked a french vanilla chocolate chip cake and a double batch of mac and cheese. Extras of the mac and cheese will be nice frozen to reheat with hamburgers from the grill. Suppose to be warmer over this weekend with another cool down next week. Scapes are finally popping all over the garden!!!

The images of the clouds and lightening in the article are incredible Mayo. Saw the flooding in West Virginia tonight on the news...so much damage caused by the extremes of the weather.

How long will it take to make a pineapple Kelli? Very cool!

You were right about the waistline Linda.....no dairy products 2 hours before to 2 hours after when taking the meds for Lyme..... I had to stop eating my evening bowl of Ben and Jerry's. Lost 2 lbs in the last 12 days *Blush* Nine more days of meds to go.....
