I think they used to send two individual plants, but not anymore. I actually remember receiving two individually potted plants last year, and that was stated clearly on their web site. They now advertise a single plant. Whether or not it has offsets is not guraranteed.
Here is my order from MCG that includes the 'Jewel Case' that is now flowering.
'Jewel Case', 'Sundancer' and 'Lemon Sky'
One is offsetting/dividing, the other two are not.
