Natalie - Thank you for sharing your seedling bloom photos! I think they are pretty, too! My guess is that the pink seedling is getting it's petal color from it's pod parent (Mystical Rainbow).
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Mystical Rainbow') Those blooms can also change over the next couple of years, so don't be surprised if they change a little bit next year during bloom season.
