Well we got another .08" yesterday. That makes the third day this week. I'd say we have gotten maybe a quarter inch total. Really not bad for us. High temperature of 76 today with a 50% chance of rain.

Of course there is 50% chance and then there is 50% chance. In Oklahoma the storms start out in Amarillo or Lubbock and come marching through Oklahoma shoulder to shoulder like a finalist at the National Drum and Bugle Corps competition. Everyone gets whacked

Here in New Mexico we get dozens of little storms that stagger around like a Monty Python Twit contest. One or two may drag a wispy edge across us.

Hence, 50% in Oklahoma results in a two inch pounding while 50% in New Mexico it results in a butterfly kiss. Of .08 inches.

Waiting for bloom to start.
