These blooms are all on rebloom scapes today for 'Banshee Love Call':
'Lillian's Vapor Trail' has finished with its rebloom; 'Orange You Clever' has a few more buds to bloom; 'Whip City Dapper Dan', 'Parade of Peacocks', 'Coral Crab' (a first for this one), and 'Tusk' all have rebloom scapes.
If seedlings count, there are three that have rebloom scapes. This one pleased visitors more than myself, but it's undeniably gotten better as the season progressed. (Dizzy Damselfly X French Twist):
And this is the first rebloom stalk blooming for (Dizzy Damselfly X Art Gallery Etching) which has decided to do odd things. Today it's hinting at teeth and yesterday there was a petaloid or something in the bloom. There's a third scape that is growing that hasn't bloomed yet so it will be interesting to see what it produces with the ever increasing heat here. I think it's unlikely that I'll ever like the bloom, but I do like the quantity of blooms and it's interesting to see what is showing up. Can you see the teeth-like growth? And it raises the question of what is in the parents that are producing the extras:
The other seedling with a rebloom scape is (Buddy's Khloe X French Twist). As the temperatures are getting hotter, the bloom has slimmed down a bit, so it will be interesting to see what the rebloom scape gives compared to the first scape.
