Hi redscorpion, Welcome!

I've never heard of a Canna with the name 'Happy Wilma' or 'Happy Julia' but we do have lots of Canna Lily's in our database, many with photos and growing information: http://garden.org/plants/brows...

As far as I know, Canna will grow in zones 8 and higher but for far northern zones, the Rhizomes/Roots would have to be dug and stored over winter. Canna's prefer full sun, high heat, lots of water during the summer growing months ... and they are heavy feeders.
