Tranquil Waters is a gorgeous purple. It grows taller than the 29" it is registered at here in southern Kentucky, closer to 36". It is fertile both ways, I have seedlings ready to go in the ground that I look forward to see blooming next Spring. Tranquil Waters is an average increaser, the blooms are just beautiful and rarely hang up. I recommend it .
