A visit with semp friends in Kevin's garden and and dinner at Robert's Crossing...oh my ...life doesn't get much better than that does it? Julia and I and Dh had a pretty fabolous time in her garden. It would be nice to think that we all should live closer but we might just have too much fun Rolling on the floor laughing
Tim I really like the combinatiom of those 2 purple shades that are growing together and that NOID is gorgeous.
Lynn I think I am drooling over the Devil's Touch
My Lavender and old lace is doing such strong variations this year. It's almost like different things got mixed in but they did not. I don't have a lovely green sport but i have several that are solid deep rosy pink. I don't think I have had that happen before. This is a strange year. I have planted carrots 3 times and have maybe 40% germination on the 3rd try yet my fruit trees have 5 or 6 friut where there should be only 2 and they are not doing the "June drop" so I am doing a LOT of hand thinning.
Jo ann, like the sedum in the pots with the semps
Here is another variation in the extreme . These are both Westerlin from the same root. All of the plants of this variety show all degrees between these 2 colors. I suppose they will all be redder in the winter.
