You did an amazing job on germinating all those seeds, Audrey. Hurray!

I can only tell you what I have seen over the last (almost) year of growing mine from seed. I have had two of the smallish ones catching up with the "Green Giant". Once I re-potted (up-potted) this spring, all have begun to grow faster though. That's probably why I have two do the "catch-up". I kept the Green Giant in the same small pot since it was doing so well. I finally up-potted him a week ago so I would expect him to gain some growth more quickly.

I did not pinch back any of mine. Some have branched but most have not. I am starting to see some (lower) branching here and there, on the bottom half of the swollen trunk. At least I am assuming this is going to be branching. Everything new with these plants is exactly that..........new.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
