Hi and welcome, Richard. Nope Fuchsias like it cooler than we get here, unfortunately. You can maybe buy one in the fall and it will grow and bloom for you through the winter and well into spring, but right about when the nights start getting warm (when you need the a/c to sleep at night) they start to just peter out.
