Which is why it was leggy when I brought it in last fall and then just continually kept blooming during the winter without enough light. I chopped off about 2/3 when I took it out this spring, but I'm thinking it might have been better to have taken it nearly to the soil level. I'm just not sure how the plant would have reacted to being chopped that severely. I've grown them before this one, but I think they've only lasted for 3-4 years at most. I can't remember why - if they just wore out or just wore me out.
