Yes, Eurydike = Eurydice. Eurydike is the Greek spelling that Vaclav Jost registered it under and the Lily Nook sells it as such. The Lily Garden sells it as Eurydice which, according to my Websters, is the Latin form from Greek. The name is from Greek mythology.
