The Robin use the red sedum to decorate their nest. Every year they make a nest under the garage roof which is in front of my sedum garden. I get out the car and look up and red sedum is hanging from the nest. I pull it out and plant it back in the garden and they go pick some more and put some more in their nest.
I gave up. When they leave the nest for the year I pull the sedum out and plant it in the garden.
