I purchased my Brazzleberry plant two years ago from Better Homes and Gardens. Both of the past two years the leaves have started dying off shortly after it was fully foliated and it never produced berries. It has sent out many volunteer plants and the same thing happens to these plants. They come in very healthy but instead of producing berries the leaves just start dying off by turning brown then yellow then falling off. I have been religious about spraying them with Daconil this year to ward off disease. The problem didn't happen right away and i did get one small cluster of early berries but then I did notice yesterday that some of the leaves are starting to die off again. Am I spraying the leaves when they are too young? Or do I have a general fungus problem? I posted a question about my hollyhock leaves and they are situated close by the Brazzleberry so I am wondering if there is some fungus sharing going on? Any ideas?
