If it sparkles - I'm there!
Bookworm Dragonflies Garden Art Region: North Carolina Plays in the sandbox Deer
My husband's cousin is having a time of it
She has a fairly new diagnosis of MS
Just retiring from military - a big change
Her ex husband and father of her kids ate raw oysters and died last year
Her son is a problem child
Her mom just died
He dad 85 years just got diagnosed with a lymphoma - he lives alone
Her sis's marriage just imploded
And menopause has hit...

Normally she is the family rock....
But the rock is shaking...and yet the " family " still is clamoring for her attention ...

She called this morning and asked if she could come to stay for a little while...
She said God led her to ask...said she wants to spend some time with me...

My dear hubby was incredulous....
He said "HE led her to YOU??? That is a cruel god indeed "

And so folks, after she goes back home, I may be able to contribute to this thread with all MY newly found joys of being single! He wants to experience " cruel "..... let him figure out his own medication schedule....where they come from..how they are ordered...how to boil water... How to fold his favorite boxers with the little sailboats facing just the right way.. and where every lost tool and screw is hiding! 😝😏
Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
