My one year old lavender plant has started looking like this the past 2 days. It has been healthy and the one next to it still looks great. We had flooding rains earlier this year in Texas and it thrived. However, it now looks like this. I have not been watering very often. I did water a few days prior to it looking like this around 5 pm. Could it have scorched it due to the heat? We usually don't water until around 8pm in the summer. Local gardener said too much water....but I haven't watered it very often and it has thrived for a year with the care I have been giving. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to lose this beauty!
