Thanks for the offer Pegasys! I would love some of the seeds when they are ready. I've been starting several different varieties of milkweed in recent years, but have not tried this one yet. I'll also be harvesting plenty of host plant seeds this year to share. Last year I was in the wildflower group seed swap here using the new swapping system, and it was a lot of fun. It's a good way to distribute a lot of seeds to different people since you send everything to just one person (the host) and they repackage it all up to send back to each participant.

I only saw one monarch so far this year, but it was an egg-laying female. She laid on common, showy, and swamp milkweed. I found eleven of her eggs that I raised and just released the last four yesterday. Maybe they will make their way to you soon. :)

I think maybe I got my first milkweed seeds and other wildflowers from @DEMinPA, if you are the same person from GardenWeb with a similar name. If so, I and over 300 monarchs thank you.
