Ok, it is nearly the same for me, I keep it inside from October to May (July this year! Night are very cold).
I although use a light for seedling but it is broken now, fortunately my new office at work is oriented south-west !
I took all my adenium to the office, they totally rebirth !! (Big change, my flat is oriented North... Thumbs down )
