I have to believe you are correct about the nutritional value of eating the "whole" tomato. Growing up as a kid ( way before blenders ) my folks would dice up whole tomatoes and make sauce to put up for the Winter. Now with the blender it is so easy to make juice/soup/sauce and paste and not loose anything. Sure hope these new tomatoes give me a good harvest and they taste good.
