I am looking at your plant and wondering if the leaves before treatment were really pale and yellow thru out. Now the plant has soaked up your fertilizer and most of those leaves have turned deep green so the pale part is really much more noticeable.
Make sure it is well watered and don't let it dry out. Let's see what happens to those leaves in the next few days.
