This is on topic because we are suggesting the OP add lots of organic material including bagged soil (on a budget).
On the day I purchased all that mulch there was a kindly woman who held onto my dog's leash while I loaded the car (she had the easier job). I had to rearrange the bags a few times to leave room for Jack...the day was so much fun that I wrote a blog about it.
