The OP appeared to want a recipe for mixing potting mix, and also asked about making blood and bone meal at home, and not about amending clay for growing in the ground. At least that's how I intepreted it although this part is somewhat ambiguous "...how to mix potting soil without without mixing any clay in and growing in pot...." If she hasn't given up on us some clarification of the question would help with the answers.
