Having a bit of internet problems after the storms came through, hoping the problem will straighten itself out. Nothing worse than trying to get anything fixed over a holiday weekend. Grumbling
Still sprinkling with thunder rumbling in the valley. A big bad cell moved just south of us...there was a tornado warning with it and it was reported to be dropping 2" hail Blinking Would not have been nice just as the daylilies are getting ready to bloom, never mind what it would have done to everything else trees, vehicles, roof. Haven't looked at the water gauge but I'm thinking we have about an inch maybe a bit more so far. Before the storms it was sunny, mid 80's. Worked on the garden project early and late to beat the heat today... had to wear the blue cup hat, deer flies were terrible! There are 23 of the miserable buggers stuck to the cap tonight Smiling
Kelli, sorry to hear the heat is taking your fun out of gardening. I can sympathize with you on working in the heat, over 80f and I'm done. If you've been following the weather thread Larry we have all been talking about the strange and extreme weather this year. I just hope something changes and this is not going to be the new normal.
