I always thought 86'd was to get fired or "canned" from a job, but here is another explanation for the term:

To get rid of, originally for killing someone. The phrase "80 miles out and 6 feet under" was reserved for someone who had to dig their own grave 80 miles from civilization and then get shot execution-style. All terms for 86'd originated from this, be it alcohol or eliminating.
"It's supposed that Jimmy Hoffa was 86'd under the endzone of Giants Stadium."

Heidi, I have to agree with the others. It appears to be laying on the ground, which means weak scapes or it is very, very short. The bloom color is nice but the shape is not my cup of tea. It also does not look like the picture of J and J in the AHS database.
