I have 3 of these growing in my gardens. I do love them and their wonderful fragrance.

The oldest one has been here for 10+ years. It has always been leggy, as are the 2 younger ones.

The older one is now at the stage where new growth is not really showing and any leaves coming out on the old branches are sporadic and it is not flowering. Is this bush at the end of its life cycle?

Can these be pruned to be a bushier plant rather than having leggy runners climbing through the adjoining trees/bushes?
