It is from my grown domestic garlic. I even love it enough to get my next-door neighbor to give me her scapes (they sell for an outrageous price at our farmers markets) and she doesn't use hers.

That being said--it is a rather sharp flavor. When I use it as a pizza sauce, I mix it with cream cheese and use it as my base. YUM!
