Thanks everyone! According to the Dr. at Urgent Care, It happened because 1. I am walking too much (an hour a day) and 2. I'm over 65. This is bad news for the runner in my soul. I was never fast but I did run. I haven't run a marathon since I was 65 when my spinal column said ENOUGH! And gave up running all together soon after that on advice from my Dr.
I overdid it yesterday. Petaled my mechanical bike and then "helped" my daughter plant 4 roses for me.
Nothing in my trap...
