I like my Apple Watch, it tracks the steps, miles. I never liked running, but I make sure to walk fast for at least 30 minutes a day. This can be substituted or added right now with scrubbing out the greenhouse, which is real work, and we also go swimming. (Sorry, I have to remove the watch for that.) I got us tags, 25 bucks lets us swim all Summer long in our town pool. It is really great!!
