Becky, as Glen said your Planet Max should have bloomed in late spring in your area. It is listed as Early midseason. So in a normal season after it gets established it should have bloomed by now. But, being it is a young plant and in your zone it might take a while to get established? I planted mine in March of this year and it has already bloomed.
