For me this year there have been several daylilies I would consider good 'Garden Daylilies". I have been trying to rank them, but just have not been able to.
But I have really been impressed with the length of bloom times and the number of blooms and the general overall performance of the following plants. Some of these plants had no blooms on them at all this morning, but that has been a rare event over the past few months. Most of them were sending up new scapes for the third time. I will have to apologize for not having clump shots for most of these and only poor clump shots at best.
So my best garden performers have been (in no particular rating order):
'Optical Delight':

'Gypsy Rose Lee': This one gets an extra photo for the extra number of blooms it produced this year.

Of Course my Red NOID, which I have just recently decided with the help of several nice people here on the forum is actually 'Carlotta'. Thank you all for the help in identifying one of my favorite garden plants.

There are certainly a few more that deserve to be mentioned as great "Garden Daylilies" but remember all of these plants are only one or two years old, and I look for much greater things from them in the future.
