hi Welcome!
she looks like a really stretched out echeveria to me but she could be part of the graptopetalum species...you can save her by stem propagation...she's stretching out to look for sunlight so maybe placing her in a better sun lit spot will help her grow into the beautiful rosette she's suppose to be in
