o no no, use it, it works in keeping it off, but with rust, once it shows up, really about all you can do...or IMO, is cut the leaves back. Its been awhile since I read the directions, but I thought I remember them even saying you really need to give it two weeks and keep up the spraying. I say it works at least as well as a pesticide.....and its safe.
