Thank you Karen@Plantmanager. We have tried nets. Some of the littler fish went through. The raccoons stepped on the net and waited for them to swim through the holes. Or they would move the rocks and get under the net. The coons are pretty creative when they want something. Why can't they just stay in the garbage can?? We have had the ponds for 15 years or so. I thought I would be done after they ate all 5 of our 10 year old koi. Then I went to 25 cent feeder fish. Still having the problems. What's more, they trample on my plants in the yard, too. Grrrrrr! Grumbling Maybe if I remove the fish attraction they will stay out of the yard?
