@SGB!! So glad plantmania influenced you to join us. We all share in your excitement in starting your adventure into gardening, and especially daylilies! Love the pink/purple dl with the white teeth.

I had one like your "almost" dead one. It was such a tiny thing when I planted it, and all the leaves died, but today I saw new growth, so was very happy! I've learned that sometimes the crown of the dl may be alive even if the plant looks dead so I tend to wait a full year before giving up on one.
