Overall I think your plant looks very healthy. Jades do lose leaves fairly regularly (at least mine does, and it's at least 15 years old). I don't know what the little specks are -- but it may be getting kind of "fried" in the west window exposure; the afternoon sun from the west is pretty intense. Perhaps @Tarev can give you more of an expert opinion, though Smiling (TIA, Tarev)
