The only color I cannot abide in my garden is off-white. I bought an oriental poppy called "Royal Wedding" that was supposed to be white, but when it flowered it was very pale gray. Ick! It looked so horrible, I had to dig it up right away. I also dislike flowers that fade to brown. I am very conflicted about Rosa rugosa 'Henry Hudson' because the flowers are a lovely perfect white, but the petals don't always drop, and I end up with a bush covered in brown, wrinkled blobs.
