I have grown Beautiful Edgings for six years and it can be picky about when it decides to open some good blooms with edge color. If i do not catch mine in the morning and color is gone by the time i get home from work.
I do not think i have a pic this year but here is one from another.
This is as good as it gets for me. About time to divide the clump.
