Well I don't know about anybody else but I'm still confused. I have never been able to comprehend all this about grow lights but yet I grow over a hundred different house plants in one room with 100% artificial lights ranging from plumerias to phalaenopsis two cactuses all have different light needs. I usually lose a couple during the winter but for the most part I'm pretty successful. Someday I hope to get this light thing figured out.
