planted several of this variety in 2015. all emerged beautifully in late spring, around 4-5 ft. tall. now its already mid July, but only one shows a few buds. by the way I fertilized 2X a month with hibiscus fertilizer plus extra seaweed, followed the dosage. am I getting flowers soon?
