Click on the "Plant Database" tab in the blue column, then search for the plant you have a photo of in the database. When you find your plant, scroll down to the area close to the bottom of the page that says "Adding Actions." That will give you the option of uploading a photo. If you can't find your plant, you can ask for help finding it in the Plant Database forum, or propose adding a new plant to the database (that link is almost at the bottom of the page).
