I live in Auburn, Washington. When I planted these hardy hibiscus, they are around 4-5 ft and have buds and flowers already in July 2015. Have not seen any new buds forming after they bloomed. Now it's mid July 2016, grew same height, looks healthy gets 6-8 sun daily , water everyday, fertilize 2X a month. So far only one (out of 7) shows some buds forming, am I getting buds on the other six? (they are all of same variety)
