Both
Trumpet Vine (Campsis radicans) and Honeysuckle
Honeysuckles (Lonicera) are deciduous vines and will usually lose their leaves in the fall but I'm sure climatic/weather conditions as well as insect/pest damage can cause early leaf drop as well.
There are fungal diseases that affect Lonicera:
