That's not just an irregularity. In the first photo there is definite burning on the edges. My sunburned leaves don't look anything like that. What and how did you fertilize last? Insecticide? Has it been exposed to any chemicals? When they powerwashed my house many of my plants got hit with their chemicals and it spotted the leaves. Thank goodness I moved my Plumies out of harm's way!
