I use gallon water jugs but being as you are in Europe you probably don't have them. You can use 2L bottles too. You are basically creating a mini-greenhouse for them. Look at the wintersowing forum because that's where I learned to do it. And don't overwater that media either or the seeds will rot too! I don't put them in the ground because the squirrels will eat them. They sometimes steal pods to eat the seeds.
