in a normal climate they may sulk for a year and come up the next. best to just wait and see. In the toxic one I am now in if it is a no show, it is dead. Drastic temp. fluctuations in the "spring" kill many bulbs and seedlings here, it is hot for a week, then nice, then hot again. that goes on for months, it is very stressful for the plants. My most valuable bulbs (aroids) have just about all died, they won't come up into this hell on earth until July, then it gets so hot and stays that way they go dormant. the Cobra lilies and Voo Doo lilies have just about all shrunk away to nothing. It kills the native bulb seedlings too. The terrible fluctuations really make the virus symptoms show up also. The good news......it is easy to kill those here.
